Return & Refunds

At Australia Drone Smart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Return Period:
- You may return items within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Label:
- A return label is included in the box for your convenience. Simply affix it to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Accepted Orders:
- We accept returns for both new and used items.

Restocking Fee:
- There is no restocking fee for returned items.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact our customer support team at support@australiadronesmart.com to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
3. Affix the provided return label to the package.
4. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.

Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
